Realization

Head (light green color): To avoid a hole at the beginning of your project, you need to start it with a double adjustable ring (loop twice the yarn on your finger and when you finish the round pull the remaining yarn to close the hole). Eyes’ assemble: On the front side of each eyeball sew first the orange circle, then the brown circle and finally the black circle (pupil). With white yarn embroider a point of light on each eye, over the brown circle next to the pupil. Sew the eyes to the top of the head, 2 rounds above the cheeks and leaving 1 cm of space between them. Work 16 chain stitches (this is the collar’s width) and on them crochet 8 rows of single crochet stitches. Since this row you’ll start crocheting the front parts of the collar. Bow (red color): It’s crocheted in rows, not rounds Work 6 chain stitches (this is the bow’s length) and on them crochet 3 rows of single crochet stitches (you’ll get a small rectangle). Make a knot and cut the yarn with scissors. With a sewing needle sew up and down the yarn vertically across the rectangle’s central part and pull tightly in order to divide it in 2. Sew the bow over the union of the collar’s front parts. Then, with red yarn, embroider the bow’s centre.
