Lily Vaugnier walks down the hallway of Bradshaw Holdings like she owns the place. Why shouldn’t she? She’s known the heir apparent Sebastian forever. She walked these halls when she was just a girl in ponytails and Burberry Mary Janes. Then her mother married Steven Bradshaw, Sebastian’s father. It was quite the scandal. The ink on her mother’s divorce was barely dry. Then again Lily’s mother never cared about anyone, let alone what they thought. So Sebastian became her stepbrother. That was in the past. Steven was her mother’s third husband, but not her last. Lily’s stiletto heels click against the floor. She doesn’t slow her stride as she passes Sebastian’s secretary. “Hey, Bridgette, I’m Sebastian’s 2:30. Don’t bother to announce me.” She calls over her shoulder as she pushes through the smooth black double doors leading to a plush carpeted hallway. The doors swing shut behind her, cutting off whatever Bridgette is about to say. Sebastian is standing at the window looking down on the city, no doubt wondering when his family will own it all. Lily tosses her handbag into one chair and herself into the other. She puts her feet up on the desk and waits. She knows Sebastian heard her come in. She also knows he’ll make her wait. She’s fifteen minutes late, after all. Sebastian makes it his business to cancel anyone who’s ten minutes late. Lily has always been an exception to his rules. She leans back and lets herself enjoy the view. Looking at Sebastian’s back is almost as good as looking at the front of him. The gray suit perfectly accentuates his broad shoulders, and Lily knew the jacket was covering an incredible ass, as she squirmed slightly in her seat. It isn’t the suit though, it’s Sebastian, even standing perfectly still and silent he radiates a power that Lily finds intoxicating. That’s why she’s sitting in his office

instead of having cocktails with Julian. Finally, Sebastian turns. “You’re late.” “Fashionably and fabulously so.” Lily smiles. The corner of Sebastian’s mouth quirks up. “I should have canceled you.” “But you didn’t. So what was worth dragging me away from Bendel’s and cocktails.” “I have a proposal.” “Since I don’t see diamonds I assume it’s not marriage.” Sebastian laughs. “I know you aren’t the marrying kind.” He slides a black leather portfolio across the desk. Lily opens it and reads. It’s a contract for sex. If it were anyone else Lily would be shocked, but Sebastian’s always run every aspect of his life like a business. “You know Sebastian, most guys would just take me to dinner, and be charming.” “I’m not most guys. You know that.” It’s Lily’s turn to laugh. “I do. So why me Sebastian? Why not any of the girls clamoring to be with you.” “Because I trust you. You’re one of my best friends.” “You’re not concerned about ruining what’s been a good platonic friendship.” ‘That’s the reason for the contract.” Lily sits back. She’s wanted Sebastian for years, but she refused to be just one more score in his overflowing playbook. Besides, he’d been her stepbrother and she didn’t need the scandal. That was her mother’s department. She doesn’t doubt that Sebastian trusts her. She’s been keeping his secrets since childhood. She continues reading the contract.

“Exclusivity, Sebastian, that’s not like you.” “There is one exception to that of course.” “Of course.” Lily can’t find it in herself to be jealous. Alec has been around longer than she has. Some of her best fantasies have involved Alec and Sebastian. Lily’s always been a little wild and little reckless and she can’t resist the opportunity. “Where do I sign?”

One Year Later Lily rolls over in her bed. Just as she expects, instead of finding a warm body, she find an empty space. She sighs and punches the pillow. Sebastian has done it again. Why does she even put up with him? Sebastian Bradshaw is an incurable player and she should have known better than to let herself fall in love with him. She and Sebastian had an agreement. This was supposed to be no strings attached. Friends with very specifically negotiated benefits. Love was not something either of them signed up for. That was a year ago, and at the time the arrangement seemed perfect. It turned out Sebastian’s father had threatened to cut him off if there was one more scandal with whatever random debutante he was screwing around with, and Lily didn’t have time to deal with the various wannabe trophy boyfriends that kept crossing her path. Being the daughter of a rock star had it’s disadvantages. She was looking for a man, not an overgrown boy, or someone just interested in her father’s name. A year ago she thought this would be the perfect solution. She never thought she'd want more. Lily pulls the Egyptian cotton sheet tightly around her and walks into her living room. The apartment is silent. She opens the front door, just in time to see Sebastian’s back enter the elevator. She slams her door shut. Maybe this whole thing had been a mistake? Maybe she was crazy? Maybe she needed to talk to someone? There’s only one other person whom she trusts enough to talk about this. She goes back to the bedroom, grabs her phone, and texts Julian. Lunch. 2 @ The National love ya L Lily doesn’t even wait for a response, just heads to the shower. She knows she can always count on Julian. Thirty-minutes later she emerges from the shower. There is a text waiting for her.

What did Seb do now? 2:30 @ Smith’s luv u J Lily throws on a pair of jeans, a cashmere sweater, and her favorite Balmain jacket. She spends five minutes looking for her left Zanotti boot and another five wondering how on earth she’s lost a boot before she settles on a pair of Blahnik kitten heels instead. She makes it to Smith’s by 2:45. Julian is sitting at their table looking bored and handsome as usual. Lily flings herself into the chair. “I hope you ordered me a martini.” As soon as she speaks the waiter appears with two martinis. “Of course I did. Who loves you more than I do?” Julian smiles at her as he lifts his glass, blue eyes twinkling. “Not Sebastian.” “Oh Lily, don’t be silly, of course Sebastian loves you.” “He has a funny way of showing it.” “Ducked out on you after a night of passion, again.” Lily nods. “Lil, maybe he won’t commit to you because you haven’t committed to him.” He pauses briefly to check out the waiter’s ass as he places their plates in front of them. Thank god Julian had ordered. She was starving. Lily picks up her asparagus. “I haven’t dated anyone else for over a year.” “Well, neither has he. As I recall. That was part of the little arrangement you two made.” “And?”

“You want more than just a monogamous playmate?” “Yeah,” Lily admits reluctantly. “I do.” “Then you need to let him know that. Sebastian may be many, many things but a mind reader he is not.” “I’m not admitting I want more first.” “Lily, darling, love isn’t a war of attrition.” “You’ve never been in love with Sebastian Bradshaw.” “No thank god, but I did sleep with him a few times and I’m semi-involved with his best friend and former fuck buddy so I get the idea.” “Former?” “Well, since you and Sebastian made your arrangement. Alec’s been left out in the cold so to speak. Not that I mind, he does an excellent job of warming my bed.” “Really? Seb and Alec haven’t been together in over a year.” “You’re surprised?” “Alec was an allowance made in the agreement.” “Well it’s not an option Seb has exercised. Not that I mind.” “Maybe I’m too available.” “It’s not a supply and demand issue. You aren’t a commodity.” “Julian please, in our world everything is a commodity.” “Maybe scarcity and competition will motivate Sebastian.” “Lil, sometimes you have to lose to win.” “I don’t lose.”

Julian rolled his eyes and waved for the check. “It’s not a weakness to admit you love someone.” “Tell that to my father.” “Seb isn’t your mother.” The waiter arrived with the check, saving Lily from a response. She exited the restaurant with Julian and kissed him on the cheek before hailing a cab. “Don’t forget the premiere is in two weeks.” “I wouldn’t miss your directorial debut for anything.” “Lil,” Julian called as she got into the cab. “Who was your option?” “You of course.” “Your taste is impeccable.” Lily doesn’t care what Julian says, she’s going to force Sebastian’s hand. He’s not going to see or hear from her until Julian’s premiere. Sebastian can’t believe Lily insisted on dragging him to this damned premiere. She hadn’t been in touch all week and then she called him for this? He shouldn’t have agreed, but as much as he hates to admit it, he would have done anything to see her, even this. Yes, he understands that Julian is her friend, and he is currently dating Alec, so there was no way either of them would have let them skip this event. And he knows Julian too, he doesn’t even dislike him, well not exactly. Sebastian just can’t quite forget that Julian used to occupy the side of Lily’s bed, the side he currently likes to think of as his own. So have others, he reminds himself, but Julian and Sebastian are the only two she still allows in her life. The rest were disposable. It doesn’t help that Julian is Lily’s allowance. When he made the arrangement with Lily he never thought he’d care about such a thing, yet he does care. It makes him

edgy, tense and it shakes his control, it’s the reason why he asked if Alec wanted to go out for a smoke. They didn’t actually smoke, of course, he just needed a moment to clear his head. He would never want Lily to know how she’s getting under his skin. He’s the one in control, at least that’s what he tells himself, on those mornings when leaving her bed seems like the hardest thing in the world. Sebastian is holding the door for Alec when he sees Julian and Lily out of the corner of his eye. More specifically, he notices Julian whispering in Lily’s ear. Lily giggles and pretends to hit him. Julian adjusts the strap of Lily’s dress when it slips off her shoulder. “He’s harmless,” Alec says catching the look in Sebastian’s eye. Sebastian responds with the look of disdain he generally reserves for the intoxicated or extremely dull-witted. “Are you new?” “Oh, I wouldn’t worry. Everyone knows you’re desperately in love with Lily, and vice-versa” Alec smirks. Sebastian gives him a dirty look. “She drives me crazy, and she’s been ignoring me for the last two weeks.” “I know, that’s been the subject of our after sex chats for the last two weeks. If I didn’t know it was love, I’d think my game was slipping.” “I don’t-” “I’ve known you since we were six, Sebastian. You love her, this little agreement is just an excuse. Now come on, let’s see what your girl is up to,” Alec says as he makes his way toward the bar. Sebastian sees Julian’s arms slide around Lily’s waist just as he reaches the bar. “Can’t leave you alone for a second can I?” Sebastian says. “It was more than a second,” Lily says.

“I took good care of her,” Julian says with a wink. The look he gives Julian is murderous. Lily can see jealousy in Sebastian’s eyes and it annoys her. He’s the one who left her to allegedly smoke a cigarette with Alec, a half hour ago. He’s the one who won’t commit to anything but sex and games. Now he’s jealous. Lily calms herself and remembers that this was her idea. “Maybe you should quit smoking,” Lily says coldly. “If that’s what you were doing.” She mutters under her breath as she turns back to Julian. She feels Sebastian’s hand squeezing her arm as he turns her around. “What was that?” She knows from his tone he heard her perfectly. “Nothing,” Lily says. She knows she’s crossed a line by implying he didn’t follow the rules of their agreement. “I heard you,” Sebastian says pulling her away from the bar. Lily does her best to keep pace as Sebastian steers her through the crowd and down the marble staircase. Sebastian pushes her into the men’s room. Lily is thankful it’s empty except for the attendant, who doesn’t look at all phased by her presence. “Have a drink.” Sebastian shoves his money clip at the attendant. He takes the money and makes a quick exit. Sebastian turns to Lily glaring at her. “If . . .that’s . . . what . . .I . . . was . . .doing.” Sebastian steps closer to her as he says each word. Lily’s back is against the wall when he finishes. Sebastian is so close she can feel the heat from his body, her heart starts to race. He puts his hands against the wall on either side of her. She wants him so badly. This entire week has been absolute torture for her. “Well, Lily, why don’t you tell me what it is you think I was doing?” Lily knows that any answer she gives will be wrong. She’s struck a nerve, and

she doesn’t want to admit to her petty jealous thoughts. She meets his gaze. If she wins this round she’ll make Sebastian very happy. “Nothing, Sebastian. Now let's go.” She tries to duck under his arm and he lowers it as he steps forward. Now his body is pressing her into the wall. “I asked you a question, and you are going to answer it.” “You know what I meant,” She says, looking down. “No, I don’t. You have a very vivid imagination Lily. I’m sure you could have thought any number of things.” He lowers his lips to Lily’s ear and whispers.“But since we weren’t gone long I’ll go with cock sucking. Did you picture me going down on him Lil? ” His breath is hot against her skin. She can feel herself getting wet. As much as she hates to admit it, the thought of Sebastian and Alec together never fails to get her off. “Does it turn you on? Thinking about the two us?” He asks as he slides a hand up her thigh. Lily jumps at the contact, remembering where they are. “Sebastian.” She tries to push his hand away. His fingers slip inside her panties probing her wetness, and she gasps. “Apparently it does.” She doesn’t have to look at him to know he’s smirking. He removes his fingers and brings them to her lips. He runs them along her bottom lip before pushing them into her mouth. She licks them, letting her tongue slip around each digit. He pulls his fingers from her mouth and brings both hands to her shoulders and without warning yanks the straps of her dress down, exposing her breasts. Lily shivers and it’s not from the cold air hitting her breasts. She knows where this is going, but she doesn’t think she could stop it if she wanted to. He rolls her nipple between his thumb and index finger.

“Hmm . . . no bra.” He says pinching her nipple hard. The pain has barely registered, when she feels his mouth on her other breast, sucking gently while his fingers torment her. She is just about to lose herself in the dual sensations of pain and pleasure when Sebastian stops. “You didn’t answer my question.” His voice is low, and his hands are on her, sliding her dress down to her waist. “Sebastian we’re in public . . .” Lily reaches for his hands. “No. Don’t move unless I say so.” He looks at her, she knows he’s waiting to see if she’ll say, pomegranate, her safeword. She wants to see how far he’ll go. He pushes her dress down over her hips. She feels the silky fabric slide down her legs and pool at her feet. “Answer me. Do you think I was sucking him?” Lily can feel his hardness as he presses against her. She swallows hard. Part of her wants to leave, and part of her wants to see how far Sebastian will go. “Yes.” The word is scarcely out of her mouth before Sebastian shoves her down. She winces as her knees hit the cold, hard tile. “Show me,” he growls grabbing her hair and pulling her head back. “Suck me, the way you think I did it to him.” Lily’s hands tremble slightly as she unzips Sebastian’s fly. She pulls out his cock and runs her tongue along the underside of the shaft, tasting him. Her eyes slip closed and she lets her tongue flutter around the head, teasing him. “In your mouth . . .now,” he says, pushing himself between her lips, his hands in her hair holding her in place. Lily sucks as Sebastian pushes into her mouth. As she quickens her pace she can hear him moan, the sound echoing off the walls of the empty room. Lily adores the sound of his pleasure. She knows she should hate the fact that she’s down on her knees

practically naked in a public restroom, but she doesn’t. She wouldn’t do this for anybody else, but she loves the feeling of giving in to him. Lily hollows her cheeks and increases the force of the suction. She can tell from the change in his breathing that he will come soon. Abruptly Sebastian pulls out Lily’s mouth. He roughly pulls her to her feet. “Take them off.” His tone brooks no disobedience and Lily quickly slips out of her underwear. She stands naked as his gaze travels the length of her body. She shivers under the weight of his stare. “Turn around.” She turns slowly until her back is to Sebastian, but she can see them both clearly in the mirror. Sebastian raises her leg onto the edge of the sink. Lily feels Sebastian’s weight against her back as she leans forward, the buttons on his shirt pressing into her spine. “I saw you flirting with Julian, by the way,” He whispers in her ear as the tip of his cock slides against her opening, teasing her. She feels his grip tighten on her hip. “Now Lily, I suspect you were just doing it to try to make me jealous." He lets his head drop and bites down on her shoulder hard enough to leave a mark. “You’re mine,” Sebastian growls as he forcefully thrusts into her. Lily moans as he pushes harder and deeper inside of her. “Mine and mine alone.” Lily thinks his words alone could push her over the edge. She matches his rhythm, meeting every thrust. She looks in the mirror and sees herself, wanton and lascivious, and him behind her, his desire and possessiveness clouding his eyes. Sebastian’s fingers have found their way to her clit and Lily realizes that those

are her moans and grunts echoing off the walls. Sebastian’s hand leaves her hip and runs through her hair, twisting it around his fingers. “Say it,” Sebastian demands yanking her head back. His mouth crashes down on hers and when his tongue slips inside her mouth, she thinks she can taste Alec on him. Her anger is as strong as her lust, and she can’t bring herself to stop this. She is too far gone. She needs the release, but she’s not going to say it. She’s not giving him that satisfaction tonight. “Say it.” His voice is strained, and when she looks at his reflection she knows he is close to coming. She remains stubbornly silent and glares at him in the mirror. She knows Sebastian is aware of her anger when he stops stroking her clit, puts both hands on her hips and just slams into her. “You don’t say it . . . you don’t come.” Lily wants to slap him. She can feel his cock twitch inside her, his thrusts quicken, and he’s coming hard inside of her. He pulls out and Lily feels empty. She’s angry, frustrated and still in desperate need of release. Sebastian tosses the rumpled dress at her and slips her panties inside his jacket pocket. She can’t believe he’s going to leave her like this. She glares at him as he watches her dress. She moves to fix her hair and makeup, his eyes stay on her. It’s futile, she still looks like she’s just been fucked. She turns from the mirror and follows Sebastian as he moves toward the door. He stops his hand on the knob and looks down at her. “You’re going to say it . . .tonight.” He says the words with absolute certainty as he takes Lily’s hand and pulls her out of the bathroom. They pass the attendant as they make their way back to the bar. He gives them a nod. Sebastian guides her directly to the bar where Julian is now wrapped around Alec.

“We’re leaving,” Sebastian says, his voice betraying nothing. He doesn’t even look at Julian. “I’ll call you later, Seb. Bye Lily,” Alec says. Lily bites her lip when Alec says this. He gives her a sweet smile. Sebastian looks at her. “Say goodnight Lily. Don’t be rude.” Lily says her goodnight through clenched teeth. Lily and Sebastian sit silently in the back of the limo. She is practically vibrating with anger and frustration. Sebastian is sprawled across the seat in front of her, reading Black Book. Lily really doesn’t want to speak first, but she hates that he’s just casually flipping through the magazine perfectly relaxed while she is . . not. Sebastian always seems relaxed, and he is always in control. It irks her. She remembers when she had that kind of control. She still does except when it comes to Sebastian. “Lily?” Sebastian sits up and looks at her when the car stops. “Do you have anything to say?” “Seb-” Lily starts. “Yes or no,” he cuts her off. “No,” she says. “You will,” Sebastian tells her over his shoulder as he exits the limo. She follows him inside, and goes straight to the bedroom, leaving Sebastian alone downstairs. She decides to take a bath, maybe that will relax her a little. Lily pulls off her dress and tosses it on the floor. She slides into the tub and sighs. Lily is not going to say the words, not because they aren’t true, but because she’s jealous. She knows she shouldn’t be mad about Alec. Sebastian was already involved

with him when he started dating her, and she knew it. It doesn’t bother her that they’re together, it bothers her that she never gets to join in. She knows that Julian has gotten to at least once. It annoys her to no end, and not just because she thinks Alec is incredibly sexy. She feels like Julian has gotten to see a part of Sebastian that she hasn’t. It doesn’t seem fair. She leans back and closes her eyes. She wants to see them together. She imagines them kissing, Alec’s lips sliding against Sebastian’s throat, his tongue flicking over that spot that always makes Sebastian moan. Lily slides lower into the water and envisions him moaning as Alec slides into him. She can see them fucking hard and fast only half undressed. She lets her hand slip between her legs. “Don’t even think about it.” Lily starts and opens her eyes. Sebastian is leaning against the sink, drink in hand, watching her. He’s still fully clothed, but barefoot. “I meant what I said. You don’t say it, you don’t come.” He offers her a towel. Lily stands up and snatches the towel from him, wrapping it around herself as she walks into the bedroom. She feels Sebastian’s arms wrap around her. “What were you thinking about?” He whispers in her ear. “As if I don’t know.” She can hear the smirk as he pulls the towel away. “Alec fucking me, right?” Before she can say anything he turns her around, and just presses his lips against hers for a moment, before tracing the outline of her lips with his tongue, slowly coaxing her mouth open. He kisses her slowly and pulls her closer. The kiss deepens and he holds her there, just tasting her. Lily can’t think of anything but his mouth and how it feels as his lips move against the delicate skin of her throat. He finds the sensitive place just behind her left ear and licks. A sigh escapes her lips.

“I know you. You’re mine.” He purrs in her ear as he lowers her to the bed. “You . . .” he says looking down at Lily as he undoes the cuffs of his shirt. “Are . . .”He pulls off his tie and tosses it onto the bed beside Lily. “Going to. . .” He unbuttons his shirt and slides it off, letting it fall to the floor. Lily is lying on the bed watching him. “Say it...” His pants drop to the floor, and he steps out of them and walks naked to the bed. “Anything to say?” He lifts an eyebrow and waits. “No.” Sebastian doesn’t say a word. He straddles her and grabs her wrists, raising them above her head. He wraps his tie around them before tying them securely to the bed. She tugs experimentally at her binding and realizes she won’t be using her hands until Sebastian chooses to untie her. “I was hoping you’d be stubborn,” he says leaning down and licking that spot behind her ear again. Lily shivers but remains silent, she is not going to say it. Now it’s a test of will. Sebastian places a hand beneath each of her wrists, and strokes down her arms, kissing the inside of her elbow. Lily leans into his touch, as his fingers play along her collarbone, followed by his tongue. Sebastian slides his hands down her sides, and Lily can feel the tingle in her spine. She moans when she Sebastian’s mouth is on her breasts, his tongue flicking over her nipple, then a bite. She shudders as her body arches upward. “I know you,” He whispers into her skin as he leaves kisses down her torso and across her stomach. Sebastian slides a little further down her body, and spreads her legs, his tongue sliding across her wetness, teasing her open. His hands are on her hips to hold her still, and she begins to shudder as his tongue flutters over her clit. She feels like her whole body is on fire. She is getting close but she knows he won’t let it happen until she says

the words. She doesn’t think she’ll last much longer when Sebastian begins to lick and bite along her inner thigh, he continues down the length of her leg. Lily feels warm and liquid. She moans when Sebastian turns his attention to her other leg. She whimpers when he bites the tendon behind her ankle. He moves at an exquisitely slow pace before his tongue is teasing her again, dancing her along the edge of climax but refusing to allow it. Lily can hear herself panting, moaning her whole body tense and in need of release as Sebastian’s tongue pushes inside her. She’s almost there, and suddenly Sebastian stops his fingers, just brushing lightly over her center. She is writhing beneath him now and every nerve in her body is at attention. She can feel his hardness at her opening. “You’re mine,” he says and slides inside her. “Mine and mine alone.” He pushes into her completely. His fingers are stroking her and Lily is rising to meet every thrust. He leans forward, his weight pressing her into the bed. Sebastian kisses her hard on the mouth, devouring her and now she can taste only herself. Sebastian pulls back and looks into her eyes. “Say it,” he demands. His fingers moving in the way that always makes her come because he knows she’s going to say it. Her whole body is trembling uncontrollably and Lily can barely get the words out, she feels like her body is about to shatter, as Sebastian’s thrusts quicken. “I’m yours.” Lily moans as she comes. Sebastian’s orgasm follows a few moments later and he collapses still inside her. “Mine,” he whispers in her ear as he reaches up and unties her wrists, kissing each one after he unwraps them. “Yours,” she says wrapping her arms around him, and drifting off to sleep. Thanks again for reading this story. I hope you enjoyed it.
