After they serve their purpose, they expire and vanish into thin air. Hair Tuft The hair tuft is surface crocheted onto the top of the head. Attach orange yarn with a slip stitch to the top of the head, ch 6, sc into 2nd ch from the hk and into each ch across; slst into next gap, ch 9, sc into 2nd ch from the hk and into each ch across; slst into next gap, ch 6, sc into 2nd ch from the hk and into each ch across, slst, and fasten off. Weave in all ends.
