Test Day Administration Checklist Immediately before test all staff have their required materials, including all candidate Application Forms and ID copies, and that they are familiar with all they have to do IAM equipment is operational and ready for use (refer IAM Kit Checklist below) venue: room is clean, seating is 1.25m apart in all directions, temperature is suitable

Listening/Reading/Writing test room clock is accurate and clearly visible to all candidates CD player and OHP working desk labels are attached to desk non-IELTS notices/posters are taken off the walls belongings candidates cannot access the test room before the test

Listening/Reading/Writing test materials

digital recorders are working non-IELTS notices/posters have been taken off the walls in Speaking test rooms sign out Examiner and Candidate Speaking test booklets using the Record Sheet for the Issue/Return of Speaking Test Materials and provide each Examiner with: Digital recorders, spare batteries and instructions for managing the digital files Candidate Application Forms Examiner Feedback forms paper, pencils and note paper for candidates to use in Part 2 IELTS Speaking test: Instructions to Examiners booklet conduct full ID check against attendance register before each candidate enters the test room ensure candidates leave personal belongings in a secure place outside the test room usher candidates to test room ensure no contact between pre- and post-Speaking test candidates at the end of the test, Examiners are to sign for the return of their Speaking test booklets and to return all Instructions to Examiners booklets, Speaking

correct Listening/Reading/Writing question papers

check Speaking folder contents are complete including Instruction to Examiner booklet
