JustBeenPaid! A Brief History & The Mechanics Behind A Truly Revolutionary Program 12/14/2011

A Brief History Of JustBeenPaid! JustBeenPaid! is a truly revolutionary program created by Frederick Mann, an entrepreneur and an author who has been involved with high-return money-making programs for several decades. His professional background is mainly in computer programming and systems analysis. He was also a professional gambler who found ways to “shift the odds in his favour” so he got to enjoy a statistical advantage over the casinos! Since 1997, he has been in literally hundreds of programs, enjoying considerable success in many of them. Around 2004, he started thinking about designing his own money-making program and came up with several designs over the years. He even paid tens of thousands to programmers but in most cases, he pulled the plug on these programs before launch due to design flaws that prevented them from being indefinitely sustainable. He was determined to find the ultimate “98% Solution”. Since around 1997, there have been thousands of “passive” money-promising programs that can be classified under the categories:     

High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP) AutoSurfs Matrix Programs Traffic-Exchange Surfs Gifting Programs

“Passive” programs are ones that have no sponsoring requirements, enabling members to earn income by putting in money but not having to sponsor anyone. It enables you to make good money with programs that eventually fail within a few months if you “play the game” correctly and a reasonably good program that lasts 6 months or longer could earn you tens of thousands if you are a risk taker!

In a traditional program, it fails usually because new money stops coming in. Payments get delayed which causes scam alerts to get around the internet, causing members to become disillusioned and potential members to shy away to the next new ”hot” program in the market. The program then collapses, not necessarily because the Admin of the program wants to run off with the members’ money but because the program was NOT designed to be indefinitely sustainable. This program is then classified as a “Scam”. Please be aware that there are also many Admins out there whose intention is to collect as much as possible for their members and close the program when they have reached their profit target. Usually there are “signs” that they are closing down such as suddenly offering ridiculous high returns for a short period of time such as “Earn 200% within 24 hours”. This is just a way to squeeze the last few dollars before they close the program for good. The Big Breakthrough The original JustBeenPaid! was launched in 2004 and was relaunched January 2010. The essense of the new JBP was that members could buy referrals. Unfortunately this proved unworkable, because JBP could never satisfy the demand. Some sponsors also objected to giving up some of their referrals being sold to other members. However, by March 2011, the JSS programs had paid out over $115,000 to members via daily withdrawals! Between June-October 2010, Frederick launched JBP’s Synergy Surf (JSS), JSSBooster and JSS-Warp. JSS is the foundation program or Big Breakthrough that makes the JSS system indefinitely sustainable. Booster and Warp are no longer a part of the program and the company now focuses on Synergy Surf.

JBP’s Synergy Surf utilizes a 2x2 matrix. It is a high-return long term on-going program which pays a member $60 when all 6 spots in the matrix fill and the matrix cycles. By December 2011, JSS has paid over $9,500,000 in total pay outs to the members!

What Does The Program Offer? A) The company basically sells Success Training Packages * Free Members receive “Upgrade Your Brain”. * Level 1 ($15) Members receive “The Big Success Breakthrough”. * Level 2 ($57) Members receive “Killer Success Tricks!” * Level 3 ($117) Members receive “Further Killer Success Tricks!” The membership is paid every 90 days. Level 1 members also get free JSS positions when their JSS-Tripler positions expire. Level 2 & 3 members get 50% referral upgrade commission when their referrals also upgrade to Levels 2-3. B) The company also sells Advertising Packages/Credits for members to promote their own products to other members within the program. There will be a surfing requirement by members on a weekly basis for withdrawals to be available.

How Does A Member Make Money? Basically, JSS is a Revenue Sharing program. Currently, there are 3 ways in which a member can earn profit: A) JSS-Tripler (launched in Feb 2011) This is a traffic exchange program where a member can earn 2% daily (calender days) for 75 days. This adds up to 150% in 75 days. After 75 days, the positions will expire. Each position costs only $10 each. The maximum number of JS-Tripler positions that a member can own at the moment is 25,000 or $250,000 worth, buying a maximum of 500 JSS-Tripler positions daily. B) JSS/Synergy Surf (launched in Aug 2010) The expired JSS-Tripler positions are then transferred to Synergy Surf, where 4 expired JSS-Tripler positions create 1 free JSS position or 2x2 matrix which earns the member $60 each when it cycles. Four of these expired Tripler positions worth $40 in total earns a member $60 when the matrix cycles, giving him/her an additional 150%. So where does the name “Tripler” come from? 4 JSS-Tripler position earnings (150%) + 1 JSS position earnings (150%) = 300%. As an example, let’s say that Bob buys 4 JSS-Tripler positions for $40. He earns $60 after 75 days or 150%.

These 4 expired JSS-Tripler positions are then transferred to Synergy Surf to create 1 free JSS position where earns Bob an additional $60 when it cycles. So in total, Bob puts in a principal of $40 to earn $60 in Tripler + $60 in Synergy Surf = $120, thus, tripling the initial principal! How long does it take to cycle a matrix? It could be from a week to a few months depending on the strategy used by a member to help it cycle. The maximum number of JSS positions a member can buy currently is 5,000 and they can buy up to 100 positions a day. There is no limit to the number of positions that can be added to a member’s account due to their participation in JSS-Tripler. C) Referral Commissions While it is not necessary to earn income in JBP, by sponsoring others, a member can: 1. Earn 10% in Level 1 and 5% in Level 2 for every JSS-Tripler position that they purchase. Currently, the maximum commission that can be earned is $500 per day for referrals in Level 1 and $250 per day for Level 2. 2. In Synergy Surf, when a referral’s matrix cycles, the sponsor receives a $5 Referral Bonus in Level 1 and a $2.50 Referral Bonus in Level 2.

How Does The Company Make Money? How does the company make money to stay alive when others have failed? There are a number of ways: 1) Through the membership upgrades. 2) Through the JSS positions purchased in Synergy Surf. 3) Through the purchase of placements in JSS positions. 4) Through the purchase of placement upgrades. 5) Through the deletion of member accounts that are no longer active In principle, a JSS-Tripler position is a Liability and a JSS position is an Asset. The member makes money in JSS-Tripler but in Synergy Surf, both the member AND the company makes money. Frederick has created the DAMM Breakthrough for this to happen. DAMM stands for Double Asset Money Multiplier. The principle is based on a single transaction of a member buying a $20 JSS position which creates 2 assets without any corresponding liabilities. It violates the “rules of accounting”. As soon a member receives his position, he stands to receive a potential asset worth $60. The company ALSO receives a potential asset worth $20. It takes $80 to fill in all the spots in the matrix, whether it is filled by the owner of 4

the matrix’s own expired JSS-Tripler positions or spillover from other members in the system. In other words, when a JSS position cycles, it produces $80 where $60 is paid to the member who owns the matrix and $20 is paid to the company. In reality, MANY matrixes cycle daily, making both the member and the company a lot of money on a regular basis.

What Happens If The Cash Flow Turns Negative? For as long as new funds are introduced in the program by regular or new members, the company will always have enough funds to pay out to the members daily. In many of the traditional programs, as the program grows, there comes a point where the money coming in is less than the daily pay outs; the cash flow turns negative. Another hazard is that the program suffers server downtime or some other interruption, causing a loss of confidence by its members. New money stops coming into the program and it stalls. The program then collapses. In the case of JSS, the only obligation is to pay out $60 when a matrix fills. But for that to happen, $80 has to come in first as described earlier. If the overall program slows down, individual members can always sponsor people to fill their matrixes and triple their money. Their financial destiny is effectively under their own control. In the case of JSS, there's no incentive for the program owner to "run with the money." As JSS grows, the number of un-cycled positions also grows, creating an accumulation of "$20 assets" that tend to pay more the longer the program continues. To ensure the continuous success of the program, the Admin has created for what is called the Restart Feature (RSF) when the kill point occurs, to ensure the cash flow stays positive. When JSS-Tripler’s obligations (liabilities) become too big, it is necessary to “restart” it as a new program. "Running with the money" or shutting down the program would destroy all its accumulated assets (for which there are no corresponding liabilities). The Restart Feature Also known as the JSS-Tripler Restart, it is a conversion of some JSS-Tripler positions to JSS positions. There is a temporary decrease in Tripler earnings due to this conversion. There is, however, an exception for the newer accounts. During the first “10-25” days of starting an account, the Restart will not apply. This eliminates the fear that you can’t promote to new referrals due to a future Restart happening. Under certain “abnormal circumstances”, a complete Restart may have to be done. An example would be if a payment processor were to freeze our account and steal our funds. A complete Restart would convert ALL JSS-Tripler positions into JSS positions. JSS-Tripler can then be restarted with a different payment processor.

Members retain all their JSS positions and can continue earning from them. (Most members will also most likely be able to recover funds from the "bad" payment processor!) To understand in detail how a member can make more money after a Restart, please review: http://www.justbeenpaid.com/faqs/restart.php There is no need to fear a Restart. The Tripler earnings may take a little bit of a hit temporarily but it is a necessary feature to keep everyone earning great income for years to come!
