This hands-on, practical programme provides graduates with an overview of the industry and a wide range of skills in grapegrowing and winemaking.

This is a practical programme offering a general horticultural qualification that includes landscaping. Graduates can choose to staircase into the diplomalevel programme.

Trainees in this two-year practical project-based programme gain comprehensive film, television and screen production skills, from scriptwriting, set design, and prop making to crewing (including camera operation), directing, editing, and sound mixing.
