    Erasmus  Student  Network  Tallinn  Board,     Hereby  this  motivation  letter  I  would  like  to  communicate  my  intend  to  apply   for  the  Erasmus  Student  Network  Tallinn  Information  and  Communication  Manager   board  position.     After  carful  consideration  of  the  several  duties  and  responsibilities  for  the   Information  and  Communication  Manager  position,  I  believe  I  am  suitable  for  the   position  based  on  previous  record  during  my  involvement  in  the  several  activities   undergone  by  Erasmus  Student  Network  Tallinn  for  the  Fall  2015  semester.  As  well,   have  gained  considerable  understanding  how  the  Board  operates  and  how  the   organization  and  execution  of  the  several  activates  of  the  Tallinn  section  are   executed.     Additionally,  several  activities  required  by  the  position  I  am  biding  for   require  experience  and  working  knowledge  of  effective  communication  in  a   language  commanded  by  international  students.  As  well,  the  position  requires  the   use  of  multiple  social  network  platforms  and  media  content  sharing  platforms  as   well  as  good  knowledge  on  media  content  that  is  suitable  for  the  audience  ESN   Tallinn  is  servicing.     Similarly,  I  consider  myself  fluent  in  some  capacity  in  being  able  to  influence   others  in  prioritizing  tasks  and  guiding  others  in  meeting  deadlines  and  producing   high  quality  work  expected  by  exchange  students.  In  the  same  aspect,  I  believe  the   position  requires  some  degree  of  innovation  in  order  to  effectively  and  efficiently   communicate  important  information  to  exchange  students.  So  these  students  can   quickly  digest  and  interpret  information  in  order  to  be  able  to  make  plans  during   their  exchange  studies  in  Tallinn.     Finally,  as  a  recent  international  degree  student  myself,  I  believe  I  have  fresh   insight  into  what  exchange  and  international  students  expect  and  need  during  their   studies  in  a  foreign  soil.  In  particular  to  everyday  and  practical  matters  that   complement  students’  experience  outside  the  boundaries  of  their  institution  of   higher  education.     I  appreciate  your  consideration  in  my  candidacy  for  the  Information  and   Communication  Manager  at  Erasmus  Student  Network  Tallinn.     Yours,   Agustin  Guerrero
